For children and adults with Celiac disease or other gluten intolerance.
Materials
- 1 cup white rice flour (Pamela’s brand all purpose flour works well)
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup salt
- 1 Tablespoon cream of Tartar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup hot water
- food coloring
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add oil and hot water while stirring on low heat for only 3 minutes.
- Add color and kneed on a surface covered with the flour, it will be sticky!
Makes about 2 cups
